Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Bloom Pattern Stitch ("Pattern Stitch", "we", "us"), the service at this site that joins the pages of a sewing pattern PDF into one sheet. By uploading a file or downloading a sheet, you agree to them. Questions: support@thaliabloom.com.

Your files and your rights

• Upload only PDFs you own or have permission to process, such as a pattern you bought for your own use.
• You keep every right you have in your pattern. We claim no ownership of your files or of the stitched output.
• You give us permission to store and process your file only to make your preview and your download.
• Follow the designer's license. Stitching a pattern does not give you the right to share, resell or redistribute it.
• Do not upload files that are unlawful, that you have no right to use, or that are built to harm our systems.

Price and payment

• Every preview is free to look at before you pay.
• Patterns of 12 pages or fewer download free.
• Larger patterns cost $5 USD per stitched sheet, shown before checkout. Stripe handles the payment. We never see your card number.

Refunds

If your paid file does not match the preview you saw, has the wrong scale, or will not download, email us within 14 days of purchase with your order link and we will fix it or refund you in full.

Check before you cut

Your stitched sheet keeps your pattern's own test square, if it has one, at its original size. We do not add one to the sheet. The copy-shop roll and A0 panel files print a 1 inch test square on every panel, and the print-at-home file can add a 2 inch (or 5 cm) square to its map page. Print at 100% (actual size) and measure a test square before you cut fabric. Printers, copy shops and paper can change the scale. We are not responsible for printing costs, fabric, or time lost because a file was printed at the wrong scale or used without checking a test square.

How long we keep files

Uploads and unpaid previews are deleted automatically after 24 hours. Downloads are available for 7 days after payment (or after a free sheet is ready) and then deleted. Save your file before then. See the privacy policy.

Copyright complaints

If you believe a file processed here infringes your copyright, email support@thaliabloom.com with the work, your contact details, and a statement that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner. We will remove any matching file we still hold and block the order link. Files are also deleted automatically on the schedule above.

The service as offered

Pattern Stitch is provided as is. We work to keep it available and accurate but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the file involved.

Changes and law

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version, and it applies to uploads and purchases made after that date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA.
