Privacy policy

Pattern Stitch is built to keep as little about you as possible. There are no accounts and no advertising trackers.
Your PDF
- We use your uploaded PDF only to make your preview and your stitched sheet.
- Uploads and unpaid previews are deleted automatically after 24 hours. Downloads are deleted 7 days after payment, or 7 days after a free sheet is ready.
- Files are processed in an isolated system with no internet access. We never share or sell them, and no person looks at them unless you ask us for help with an order.
What we count
- Daily totals: page visits, uploads, previews, checkouts and downloads, plus a short code for why a file was not accepted (for example "locked PDF"). These counts contain no file names, file contents or personal details.
- A visitor counter records the page you viewed, the site that sent you, and a coarse browser type. It stores no IP address and sets no cookies.
- We keep no web server access logs of who visited.
Payments
Stripe handles checkout. Stripe receives the details you enter there under its privacy policy. We receive the payment status and order amount, not your full card number.
Your browser
Your order link is kept in your browser's session storage so you can return to your order in the same tab. Closing the tab clears it. The link is private; anyone with it can open that order, so do not share it.
If you email us, we keep your message and address only to answer you.
